Thank you for shopping with Impact Threads. We aim to provide transparent, reliable shipping for all customers. Please review the policy below, which outlines shipping terms for Retail, Presale, and Wholesale purchases.





1. Order Processing Times




Retail Orders



  • Retail orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.




Presale Orders



  • Presale items are produced and shipped after the presale window closes.
  • Estimated production and fulfillment timelines are disclosed on the product page at the time of purchase.
  • By placing a presale order, you acknowledge and accept the extended fulfillment timeline.




Wholesale Orders



  • Wholesale order processing timelines vary based on order size, customization, and production requirements.
  • Estimated fulfillment dates are communicated directly via invoice, purchase agreement, or written confirmation.
  • Wholesale orders are not subject to standard retail processing timelines.






2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates



  • Impact Threads ships primarily via UPS or comparable domestic carriers.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside our control.




Shipping Costs



  • Retail & Presale Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
  • Wholesale Orders: Shipping costs are quoted separately and may be billed prior to shipment or included on the final invoice.






3. Order Tracking



  • Once an order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email to the address provided at checkout.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after label creation.
  • Impact Threads is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping provider.






4. Shipping Destination



  • At this time, Impact Threads ships only within the United States.
  • We do not currently offer international shipping, including U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses.
  • International shipping options may be added in the future at our discretion.






5. Address Accuracy



  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • Impact Threads is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an address error is identified, you must contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipping.






6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages



  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly first.
  • For packages damaged in transit or lost by the carrier, customers must notify Impact Threads within 7 days of receiving tracking confirmation.
  • We will assist with carrier claims when applicable, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed and is subject to carrier determination.






7. Risk of Loss



  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed off to the shipping carrier.
  • This applies to Retail, Presale, and Wholesale orders unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
