Welcome to Impact Threads, LLC. By accessing and using our website (the “Site”) at www.impactthreads.org, and/or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). 1. Use of Site

Impact Threads offers graphic apparel and related items, with a portion of proceeds benefiting designated charitable organizations. We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or colors are error-free. Variations may occur due to screen settings or production processes.

3. Orders and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment through the payment methods listed on the Site. By submitting an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including, but not limited to, cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or violation of these Terms.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Typical processing time is 14 days, though this may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs. Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns only for defective products, reported within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the product is confirmed defective by Impact Threads and/or the applicable charity, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or send a replacement item of similar or identical nature. If the item is deemed not defective, no refund will be issued.

6. User-Generated Content
By submitting content to the Site (e.g., reviews, feedback, suggestions), you grant Impact Threads a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for marketing or service-related purposes. You confirm that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property
All logos, content, designs, images, and trademarks on the Site are owned by Impact Threads, LLC or the respective charity partners. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
